Policies may vary slightly by platform, but these Terms represent our standard business practices.

We offer handcrafted wood and fiber products, including but not limited to CNC wood goods, sewn items, curated fabric bundles, custom bears, and related handmade products.

We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, photos, and details. Because our items are handmade, slight variations in color, grain, pattern, or stitching are normal and are not considered defects.

Custom or personalized items are created specifically for an individual customer.

• All custom or personalized sales are final
   
• No returns or refunds are accepted on custom items
   
• Exceptions apply only if the item arrives damaged or defective
   

Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled.

• Orders may be canceled only before production begins
   
• Customers must email clwoodandfiber@gmail.com and receive a confirmation reply before production starts
   
• Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled
   

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received before orders are processed or shipped unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors.

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers
   
• We are not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier
   
• We will assist with carrier claims when possible but cannot guarantee outcomes
   

All purchases made at in-person markets or festivals are final sale.
No refunds or returns are accepted for in-person purchases.
